We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.

How to Return Your Order:

3.Return Shipping Fee:
Kindly note that the return shipping is at your own cost. 

4.Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are in original, unworn condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the product and the standard delivery fee (if applicable). The return shipping charge will be deductedf rom your refund.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from you choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Kindly note that we will deduct the return charge from your refund, in case we will provide a return label. Return charges are as follows: €5 for Germany.

We strongly advise using a trackable, insured service to ensure the return package is securely delivered. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during the return transit.

Return Conditions

Articles must be unworn, unused, and in a sellable condition, with all original tags attached. If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage to the box may result in the return being refused.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
