Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniel Sendt – Studios, Liebermannstr. 21, 44795 Bochum, Germany, office.doposesso@gmail.com, Phone: +49 162 7809203) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from you choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
