General Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope of Application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store. Our online store is exclusively directed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.
2.Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Daniel Sendt – Studios.
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an non-binding online catalog.
You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without any obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the order process.
By clicking the order button, you make a binding offer for the products in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent to you by email immediately after submitting your order.
We accept your offer within two days by:

issuing an acceptance declaration in a separate email, or
-
the payment transaction being carried out by our service provider or the selected payment service provider.
The time of execution of the payment transaction depends on the selected payment method (see under "Payment").
The relevant alternative depends on which of the listed events occurs first.
3.Language of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are: German, English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4.Delivery Conditions
We will ship the products to the delivery address specified during the order process.
Delivery is made exclusively by shipping.
Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
Delivery to parcel stations is not possible.
5.Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our store:

Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after submitting the order. -
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after submitting the order. Further instructions will be provided during the ordering process.PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered and selected customers based on their own criteria. We have no influence over these methods; they are solely related to your legal relationship with PayPal. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.
6. Warranty and Guarantees

Information regarding any additional guarantees and their specific terms can be found with the product or on special information pages in the online store.
7. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which can be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Important Notice:
The online dispute resolution (OS) platform will be permanently shut down on July 20, 2025. The submission of complaints via the OS platform will therefore be discontinued as of March 20, 2025.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
